One yes. One family. A movement that touched the nations.
How It Began
A single act of surrender in Ottawa, Canada set in motion a legacy that would span continents and generations.
Dr. Ralph & Pastor Regina Dartey
Founders — TLC, 2011
Our journey begins with one man and one woman who decided to give Jesus their yes.
In 2011, Dr. Ralph and Pastor Regina Dartey pioneered Transforming Life Center — a life-giving church movement in Ottawa, Canada.
Throughout the years, TLC has touched the nations, establishing churches around the world and serving various communities with resources and the Gospel. TLC has birthed movements such as the Bridge YTH, Campus Rush, and now the Tent Church.
With the growth of these different movements and expressions, it became clear that a network was necessary for growth. TLC then created the Transforming Life Centre International Network (TLCIN) — which serves as the mother organization, housing denominations, organizations, and movements on an apostolic level.
